Probably heard somewhere before that comfort is the enemy of success. Well I got to be honest from personal experience that couldn't be more true.

For the first 7 months of this year my life was just constant shit with one thing trying to break me after the other. Its also the period my body and mind set has taken the most leaps forward in years.

When you're trying to dig your way out you're locked in wether you want to be or not it's survival. But then you reach the surface and instead of shooting for the stars you think judt being above ground for a change is nice enough and it'll do.

WELL FUCK THAT

This last month has been alot better still down but alot more ups and genuinely it's the ups that I find the hardest at the minute.

Ill think my physique is alright it doesn't matter if I miss a gym session

Ill think my head isn't that fucked today ill skip my mindfulness today

Because of this the days I wake up feeling pretty good I go to bed feeling shit just because of sheer boredom. Trust me boredom is overthinkings best mate.

So while diamonds may be forged under extreme pressure once they're made they still need to be looked after. Seriously look at the state of your mum's engagement ring after dad left. Kinda went to shit didn't it.

That's was abit off topic 😅 but anyway just because the external pressure might have eased don't lose that pressure cause thats what will drive you to be your best version
