Plan for the winter arc

So im sat here at 213lbs. This year has been wild and its still only September. Since March of this year I've lost 72lbs. Its been a journey.


But anyway if you want that story read a different post.


What's the plan for the winter arc?


I kinda wanna hit 200lbs but this last 13lbs is being a right stubborn fucker if im honest. Im gonna keep smacking it till the end of month then call it a day. I need to gain some serious muscle.


Basically the plan is a very moderate lean bulk to take me though till around March when well have a tidy up for the summer.


Main aims


10lbs total mass gain in 6 months (i know not alot)


Add 30kg to my bench. Seems reasonable since I dont Bench at the minute


And 30kg to my deadlift


Train legs everyweek no skipped sessions.

(Not always my fault im quite prone to a knee injury)
